Story Bored is a multiplayer co-creation game where players draw storyboards, write dialogue, and record voice-overs in online lobbies, then watch the finished work together.
Story Bored is a multiplayer game built around creative collaboration, where players work together to create story content by drawing storyboards, writing dialogue, and recording voice-overs. The game is currently in Early Access, and the core multiplayer experience is already playable: you can create and join online lobbies, pick the currently available game modes, draw storyboard comics, write dialogue, record voice lines, and watch finished creations together with other players. The game offers customization options, host controls, drawing tools, voice effects, and additional activities and mini-games. During Early Access, the developers plan to expand with more game modes, customization, and unlockable content based on community feedback, refine the drawing and voice-over experience, polish the user interface and menus, and add quality-of-life features. Early Access is expected to last until June 2027, when the game will launch in a more complete and richer form as a full release. The price will stay the same during both Early Access and the full release.
