Starship Kepler is an independently developed space-themed twin-stick arcade shooter. You play the displaced starship Kepler, fighting endless waves of geometric enemies. The game encourages agile movement and varied weapon combinations. Core gameplay revolves around fast reflexes, chasing high scores, and elemental weapon builds — you can collect and combine different elements to change how you attack, including standard kinetic projectiles, a continuous beam, chain lightning, reflective weapons, and fire. Two modes are available: Free Play has you exploring outer space, following signals, triggering anomalous events, and gradually uncovering a quiet cosmic story; Quick Play has you surviving inside an ever-morphing cage while chasing the highest score. The visual style is bright and minimalist, built around clarity, motion, and impact. The game currently only has a Steam wishlist page and has not been released yet.
