Solo Leveling: ARISE OVERDRIVE is an action RPG adapted from the popular webtoon, developed by Netmarble Neo and published by Netmarble. It launched on November 24, 2025, for PC through Steam and Xbox. The story follows the original while adding chapters exclusive to the game. Players become Sung Jinwoo and grow from the weakest E-rank hunter into the Monarch of Shadows. Weapon combinations create attack strings, Extreme Evasion avoids monster attacks, and perfect guards trigger powerful counters. A branching skill tree offers eight class advancement paths for different combat styles. Monarch Awakening unlocks Jinwoo’s shadow power in battle and follows his transformation beyond Ashborn into the ultimate Monarch of Shadows. Solo play and four-player online cooperation are supported. Players can fight as Jinwoo or control other hunters in teams challenging Commander dungeons. Crafting uses materials from field monsters to forge iconic weapons including Kasaka’s Venom Fang and the Demon King’s Daggers. The game supports 21 languages including Korean, English, French, German, and Italian, but not Chinese. The Xbox version is rated Teen for violence, blood, suggestive themes, and alcohol references.
