Scam Line is a multiplayer social psychological game for 4 to 8 players. It launched in Early Access on Steam on January 10, 2026, and full release is planned for November 2, 2026. All players are placed in separate rooms, unable to see one another and communicating only by voice through a single old mobile phone. With information this limited, every player competes with the others across a range of social challenges. During Early Access, the game offers 22 social challenges, including being the first to learn a neighbor's room number, identifying the player whose outfit differs from the rest, and the classic prisoner's dilemma. Each challenge tests the ability to read other people and to deceive them. Players can form alliances, strike deals, and share information, or take a more covert route: bluffing, lying, and manipulating others. Every session plays out differently depending on player behavior. The game uses a clean visual style and builds a tense social atmosphere through voice and psychological mind games, and it supports 14 languages, including Simplified Chinese.
