As an employee of FICSIT, you land on the alien planet Massage-2(AB)b to build automated production lines with conveyor belts, trucks, trains, and more — mining resources, expanding your factory, and exploring the planet.

Satisfactory is a first-person open-world factory-building game developed by Swedish studio Coffee Stain Studios and published by Coffee Stain Publishing. Set on the alien planet Massage-2(AB)b, which covers roughly 30 square kilometers, the game casts you as an employee of FICSIT tasked with extracting the planet's natural resources and building a large-scale automated factory. Core gameplay centers on building and optimizing production lines: you lay conveyor belt networks to move raw materials such as ore and liquids from extraction points to processing facilities, eventually assembling them into complex multi-story factory structures. The game offers several transport options, including trucks, trains, hover pipes, and hypertubes, to connect distant outposts. For exploration, the planet is home to unique alien flora and dangerous wildlife; you can scout and gather using vehicles, a jetpack, and jump pads. As production scales up, you will keep optimizing logistics and gradually unlock higher-tier technology and building options. Satisfactory supports solo play and co-op for up to four players, who can plan and build factories together. The game launched in early access on Steam in March 2019 and released its full version in September 2024.
