RuneScape: Dragonwilds is a cooperative survival adventure set on Ashenfall, a forgotten continent in the RuneScape universe. Survival revolves around four foundations: gathering resources, building defenses, training a range of skills, and crafting weapons and equipment. RuneScape-style RPG progression grants talents and magical abilities through skill training. New recipes unlock potions and stronger gear, preparing players for the continent’s ultimate threat: the Dragon Queen. Combat combines familiar RuneScape creatures such as zombies, ogres, and black knights with the new Garou. Ashenfall contains a distinctive system of supernatural power. Players can summon a spectral axe to fell trees instantly, become a stream of magical light to escape, transform bones into useful objects, call a vortex of fish from a lake, or detonate mineral deposits from a distance. These abilities work alongside practical survival skills. Developed by Jagex Ltd, the game launched in Early Access for Windows through Steam on April 15, 2025.
