Risk of Rain 2 is a 3D action roguelike developed by Hopoo Games and the direct sequel to Risk of Rain. You crash-land on a planet teeming with dangerous alien creatures; your core goals are to defeat monsters, collect items, and grow stronger in order to challenge and kill the final boss, or to survive indefinitely. The game features 11 distinct survivors, each with a unique combat style and swappable skills, and more than 110 items that enable a rich variety of builds. Stages, enemies, and items are randomly generated, so no two runs play the same. The game supports solo play or online co-op for up to four players and includes an extra challenge mode called Prismatic Trial. According to its Steam page, the game is published by Gearbox Publishing, launched on Steam on August 11, 2020, and supports Simplified Chinese.
