PEAK is a survival adventure about climbing alone or cooperatively. Players are scouts stranded on a mysterious Atlantic island, and their only hope of escape is to reach the summit at its center.
PEAK is a survival adventure centered on cooperative climbing. It can be played solo or online with up to four players. The group takes the role of scouts stranded on a mysterious island whose only route to escape is climbing the central mountain and reaching its summit. The map rotates every 24 hours, generating a new island layout each day. The ascent crosses four biomes, each with distinct lethal obstacles and hazards. Players must gather food to maintain stamina, manage injuries because every setback reduces maximum stamina, and use climbing equipment such as ropes, pitons, and energy drinks to improve their odds. Proximity voice chat supports coordination, while ropes and pitons can be left in place to make the route easier for those climbing behind. An achievement badge system unlocks character customization rewards for completing particular challenges. Multiplayer is limited to Steam friends, while solo mode can be played offline. PEAK is currently available only on Windows and launched on Steam on June 16, 2025.
