Librarian: Tidy Up the Arcane Library! is a first-person organizing simulation set in a mysterious library. After a mischievous pixie leaves the collection in chaos, players must return 3,072 books to their proper places under the watch of a strict librarian. Summoning, X-ray vision, and automatic shelving spells unlock over time to speed up the work.

Players take the role of an organizer trapped inside a mysterious library. A mischievous pixie has thrown the once-solemn collection into chaos, and the librarian forbids anyone from leaving until all 3,072 books have been returned to their proper places. From a first-person perspective, players use book titles and cover designs as clues to sort a vast collection onto the correct shelves. The scale can seem overwhelming at first, but repeated organization gradually unlocks magical abilities that make the work much more efficient. Categories range from destructive magic and travel beyond this world to romance novels. The sight of scattered books returning to the shelves and the floor slowly emerging from the clutter provides a clear sense of progress. Choosing how to combine unlocked spells and which piles to handle first adds a strategic element, while the librarian evaluates accuracy in real time. The number of correctly shelved rows directly affects the score and final assessment. Unlockable abilities include Summon, which calls other volumes from the same series directly into the player's hands; X-ray, which highlights related books hidden in the disorder; and Auto-shelve, which instantly arranges held books neatly on a shelf. Environmental audio and music change dynamically as the shelves fill. Interface text and subtitles are available in Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, and Japanese.
