Set in a forgotten, dark wilderness, it casts players as hunters who track down bounty targets in monster-filled environments while competing against other players. In the core mode, Bounty Hunt, you must find and kill the boss monster on the map, banish it to hell, then extract the bounty and evacuate — all while watching out for attacks from other hunters. The game supports solo play or co-op with up to three players, and its PvE elements include a variety of mutated monsters. Permanent death runs through the whole experience: when a hunter dies, the character is gone for good, with gear and progress reset — but successful extractions unlock equipment and ability upgrades permanently. The visuals use a late-19th-century style, the soundtrack blends classical elements, and the atmosphere is grim and oppressive. The game launched on Windows in August 2019 and later came to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
