House Flipper 2 is a home-renovation simulation developed by Frozen District. Build a dream house from the ground up in Sandbox Mode, or take renovation jobs to clean and decorate run-down homes in Story Mode. Up to four players can work together, while the town of Pinnacove and local resident Tom provide the setting and introductions.

House Flipper 2 is a home-renovation simulation developed by Polish studio Frozen District and the second main entry in the House Flipper series. Set in the coastal mountain town of Pinnacove, it puts players in the role of a foreman with two main ways to play. Story Mode offers renovation contracts involving cleaning, repairs, and decoration, while Sandbox Mode provides the freedom to construct personalized homes from the foundations up. Familiar tools such as the hammer, paint roller, and mop return alongside a comprehensive visual upgrade. A free cooperative-mode DLC supports cross-platform online play for up to four people. Players can also share and browse community designs through mod.io, while the NPC Tom introduces the town and its local character. The PC version is available through Steam.
