Haunted Laia is the fifth entry in the "Hidden Town" escape puzzle game series, developed by Dark Dome. It uses point-and-click puzzle gameplay: you explore scenes in a town full of mysterious atmosphere, including Laia's home, a cave, and the rooms behind the red door, collecting items, using them, and combining them to solve inventive puzzles while gradually piecing together what really happened. After a family moves into Hidden Town, strange phenomena keep occurring in their house, and eventually the whole family disappears. You help Laia retrace fragments of her memory to find the truth behind her family's disappearance. The game connects narratively with the earlier entries The Ghost Case and Another Shadow, but each title can be played independently. It includes a complete hint system and, after finishing, a collection achievement for finding all 10 hidden lizards. Haunted Laia launched first on PC via Steam.
