Grand Theft Auto VI is the latest mainline entry in the GTA series, developed by Rockstar Games. It is the first game in the series to feature dual protagonists: players follow Jason and Lucia, and the story unfolds in Vice City, a fictional city inspired by Miami. The action takes place in the fictional state of Leonida, modeled after Florida. Jason and Lucia have always known that fate has not been fair to them, but after a seemingly simple job goes wrong, they are dragged into a criminal conspiracy that spans the whole of Leonida, forcing them to rely on each other more than ever to survive. The game is a single-player experience, which Rockstar describes as "the biggest, most immersive evolution" of the GTA series to date. It is scheduled for release on November 19, 2026, on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Pre-ordering grants content such as the Retro Vice City pack.
