Forever Skies is a space survival action game by Polish developer Far From Home. Players pilot a high-tech airship above the ruins of a toxic-dust-covered Earth, gathering resources, building and upgrading, and finally descending beneath the dust into an alien world in search of a pathogen to cure a mysterious illness threatening their family.

Forever Skies is an action survival game developed by the Polish studio Far From Home (whose members previously worked on projects including the Dying Light series, the Divinity series, The Medium, and Outriders). Setting: Earth has suffered a global ecological disaster, and the surface is covered by a thick layer of toxic dust. Players return to Earth centuries after the disaster and fly a high-tech airship above the dust. Core gameplay: players must build and customize their airship, using it as a home, workshop, and laboratory; pilot the airship through ruins, gathering floating resources and scrap; use scientific knowledge to analyze items, reverse-engineer lost technology, and research new tools and ways to obtain food; and explore the remains of civilization above the dust to gradually uncover what happened to Earth. Finally, players descend beneath the dust to discover a surface world transformed by humanity's absence, face evolved flora and fauna, and hunt for the disease-causing pathogen that can cure the mysterious illness threatening their family.
