Cubing Forge is an independently developed interactive 3D cube training game designed for players who want to learn and improve at solving the 3×3 Rubik's Cube. It provides a step-by-step learning path from absolute beginner to full solve: understanding the cube's structure and notation system, practicing basic turns, building the white cross, completing the first and middle layers, and finally mastering the four stages of the CFOP method — Cross, F2L, OLL, and PLL. The game includes a rich library of CFOP algorithms with previews, step-by-step walkthroughs, recognition guides, and loop playback. Real-time cube state validation runs through all teaching and training phases, helping you understand the purpose of each move instead of memorizing algorithms mechanically. You can practice freely on a virtual cube, generating scrambles, testing algorithms, or exploring on your own; you can also connect a supported Bluetooth smart cube to sync your real turns into the game. A practice timer records full solve times and breaks the data down by CFOP stage, analyzing total time, stage distribution, move count, and historical trends. The game includes an open free practice mode, a progress profile with Steam achievements, and cloud save support. The game is maintained solo by an individual developer, and some promotional and graphic assets were generated with generative AI assistance during development and reviewed by humans.
